Don’t Obsess Over Perfection – “Good Enough” is Often Perfectly Wonderful!

Perfectionism is a myth, a unicorn, a beautifully unattainable ideal that mostly leads to stress and frustration. Don’t get trapped in the perfectionist’s hamster wheel. “Good enough” is often perfectly wonderful, and certainly less exhausting. Whether it’s baking a cake, tidying the garden, or writing that letter, aim for progress, not perfection. Life’s too short to fret over minor imperfections. Embrace “good enough,” celebrate progress, and free yourself from the tyranny of unattainable perfection. Your sanity (and your cake-baking enjoyment) will thank you.
