Find Mentors – Older Folks are Walking Libraries of Wisdom (and Sometimes Offer Cookies!)

Mentors are like walking libraries of wisdom, experience, and often, really good advice (and sometimes cookies!). Seek out mentors, people you admire and respect, who can offer guidance, support, and perspective. Mentors can be older relatives, former colleagues, community leaders, anyone with experience you can learn from. Don’t be afraid to ask for advice, share your challenges, and listen to their insights. Mentorship is a valuable resource, a shortcut to wisdom (the good kind!), and a wonderful way to learn from those who’ve walked the path before you.
